Comfy cosy beds, warm once the heating came on, but no sockets anywhere apart from kitchen. Had to unplug lamps and move mirrors in the main bedroom. No socket in hall at all for a child's night light. Bathroom pretty grubby and we killed 32 large Wolfe spiders in 4 days...they were everywhere

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. You are right, most of the sockets in all the rooms in the cottage are in use, although in each room there are certainly one or two spare, it’s a shame you couldn’t find them. However, there are now also adapters on some of the sockets and we have put a socket into the hallway for anyone else that needs a plug for a child’s nightlight. Re the spiders- I hope you mean 2 or 3 not 32! Unfortunately, in old buildings spiders do come in- it is hoovered thoroughly between guests and this is the first time it has been brought to our notice. The bathroom has also been re-grouted as part of our annual winter maintenance programme.
