This is a lovely, spacious cottage. It was well equipped and had everything that we needed. There was plenty of room for our 19 month old son to run around, he loved the cottage. The location was perfect with everywhere that we wanted to visit being a 30-1hr away. The properties owner was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again

A lovely cottage in a lovely location. The village has a great local shop that provides all the basic needs and very nice fresh bread and very nice pub that provides a great selection of ales. The village is situated in an ideal position to use as a base to explore north Norfolk.

The cottage is great, as is the location. The local pub was really friendly and the food and service excellent though not the cheapest, we would thoroughly recommend it. We had a great time even if the weather was not as kind as it could have been. Suggestions for improvement would be a better TV/DVD player, some non stick pans and if possible a stronger WiFi signal (could be the area) and a secured one rather than open as it is now. However none of the above would prevent us from returning.

The cottage is a little quirky, at first i was unsure how i felt about it, especially the upstairs bedroom which like most of the cottage is very old. The floor boards and bed creak loudly, and i was half expecting Aslam himself to appear from the wardrobe. But actually i quickly grew to love it, its a very spacious room full of character. It was delightful to sit around the wood fire in the living room feeling very cosy and we appreciated that wood was freely available from the proprietors store. It became a very relaxing cottage holiday!
