The old School cottage is well situated for visiting surrounding areas. It is well equipped and nicely decorated with a lovely if small totally enclosed patio, ideal for the dog. We had a lovely welcome basket awaiting us. The dog was catered for with throw and towel bowels and poo bags. Beds were very comfy and spacious rooms. The only thing for us was being so close to the road and feeling a little exposed to passers by, as no nets or shutters in front window. So if that isn't an issue for you i would highly recommend it.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found the property comfortable. I have noted your comments regarding net curtains/shutters and will take this into consideration although I would not like to make the room too dark during the day, but yes worth considering.

We had a great time at The Old School House! It’s cosy and welcoming, the owner is attentive and the little touches are brilliant. Great for families, our children loved the books and toys that they discovered when we arrived, as well as the play area opposite! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, and the bathroom clean and up to date. We’d definitely return! Highly recommended.
