Wonderful cottage: high quality fittings, spacious, extremely clean, warm host, warm cottage.

The Old School was modern and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and on-suite facilities in each of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for the four of us to sit and eat a meal at the dining table. For me the use of wi-fi access to the Internet at a good speed was an added bonus with my Macbook Pro and ipads all performing well.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The layout is perfect for theee generations to stay there. Our welcome pack and fire made us very comfortable. The cottage is on a junction of the main route to the Oort and traffic can be heard at times but this did not take away for our enjoyment.

Beautiful, comfortable house with much thought put into making our stay pleasant: provision of kitchen basics, games and a super folder of local attractions and advice.

A lovely kept house. The owners were most helpful and accommodating. The area was within 30mins drive of beautiful beaches and lovely walking. We also did a day's visit to Belfast on the ferry which was most enjoyable.

A lovely welcome from John and Anne who also provided a very enjoyable "welcome pack". The cottage was very comfortable and clean, and well equipped. Ideally situated to explore all the beautiful gardens in the area. Lots of historic sites nearby too. And the ferry to Ireland is only a few minutes drive away.

We spent a lovely short break here. Absolutely immaculate house! You would never imagine pets were allowed in this house. Welcome pack was lovely and decor and artwork was nice too. Bathrooms all lovely and being en suite was a bonus. We took a dog and found a wee road to the beach just along from the house which was perfect for morning walks. If I really had to make a criticism it would be that there was no safe area outside for the dog to be off lead, and the mattress in non en suite room wasnt the most comfortable but neither of them made our holiday any less enjoyable. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
