Surrounded by rolling farmland, Parkview is a perfect base for you and your family or friends to get together. Ideally situated between fabulous pale, sandy beaches and the magnificent Angus Glens, this area has widespread appeal. Wildlife can be seen in abundance; the wonderful Montrose Basin, managed by the Scottish Wildlife Trust, is a magnet for a huge variety of bird and marine life. In winter come and witness the amazing spectacle of thousands of pink footed geese as they take flight early morning to the surrounding feeding grounds, or look out for seals basking on the sandbars when the tide is out.
Situated on a peninsula between the North and South Esk rivers, Montrose has many other leisure facilities, including excellent tennis courts, a leisure centre with pool and, most recently, a reputable art house cinema.
