Stairs to First floor. Bedroom 1: kingsize bed (5’), magnificent sea views, Ensuite shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: kingsize bed (5’). Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds (3’). Bathroom: bath, basin, WC
Stairs to Second floor. Bedroom 4: feature attic room in the eaves with exposed beams, 2 x single beds (3’) - this room has restricted headroom and may be suitable for children only.

Outside: to front, large paved terrace with gravelled and planted areas, outdoor furniture. To rear, lawned and paved area with outdoor furniture. Please note that the garden areas may not be suitable for unsupervised young children due to slopes and steps.

    A beautiful, well appointed, home from home. Spacious and comfortable with great outdoor spaces for sitting and eating. Quiet residential setting with partial views from the house to the estuary and countryside beyond. Double garage a real bonus. Those with reduced mobility may find the steps up from the garage/street to the front door an issue. The only negative is the very steep inclines from Salcome town centre to the property, but we overcame this by a fit member of our party walking up to the property and bringing the car down at the end of the day (parking is limited in the town centre).

    Old Manse was booked so my immediate family could spend Christmas together. It worked very well, accommodated 6 adults and 2 children comfortably other than the living room. There were 2, 2 seater settees & 2 cane chairs. So really only seating for 6 people. Though it did have a lovely gas fire which was very realistic... making the room cosy. The kitchen diner was excellent, dominated by a beautiful deep blue Aga. Very clever kitchen units... one of which moved from under a counter to give an extra work surface as needed. The four bedrooms worked well too, the children loved the attic room... their den! Great parking facilities, we had 2 large & 1 small car... there was adequate parking for all. Anyone that knows Salcombe will realise how useful this is, as parking is at a premium! Walking from the house into Salcombe is downhill, so uphill on the way back! The only downside of the property is the 20 steps up to the front door. So unsuitable for people with limited mobility.
