The mattress and pillows in main bedroom were very soft, but we realise this is a matter of personal preference. The cottage was exactly as described, the heating was on for our arrival, treats left for our pup (which she loved!), plenty firewood chopped and available and the hot tub was perfect!

Beautifully clean cottage and in a great location. Almost like 2 locations as you drive through a small housing estate but then down a short lane to the cottage, which is located with other similar style dwellings. Hit tub was a fabulous bonus and we used it every day before moving inside to sit around the log burner. Only downside was the 2 sofas, which are ideal size for the room but not very comfortable. They are small 2 seaters and a large corner unit sofa would probably be much more comfortable. Bedrooms are excellent as is the kitchen and having 1 en suite and a separate bathroom was great.
