This cottage has everything that you could possibly need. We all really enjoyed our time there. The location was great as you were not too far from shopping areas, beaches or places of interest. The cottage itself was superb - it was so comfortable. Mark and Amanda have supplied everything you could possibly need for your stay. The design of the property allowed each member of the family, at the same time, me time. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs, the living room is really comfortable with the log burner (if you need it). Every room itself just worked and made us all feel comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs was well set out with adequate storage space. The bathroom was great and had the fantastic addition of the power shower. I cannot praise this property enough. We all came away feeling at peace with ourselves. We will return to this wonderful cottage, - Thank you Mark and Amanda

Best place to stay ever! This cottage has all the comforts of home, is well built and decorated and has every amenity you might need for a short stay on vacation. Lots of different areas in the home to relax and a pretty private garden as well. The hosts are very nice and helpful as well. If you do not like roosters or horses this may not be the cottage for you, however I found it charming and homely.

This was the second time that we have stayed at Oast Cottage. Its a lovely relaxing place with very good quality fittings in the bedrooms and bathroom. We enjoyed the use of the conservatory during the day as it gets sunshine and moved to the lounge in the evenings to make full use of the log burning stove. It was the coldest and snowiest week of the year when we stayed but the place was so warm and cosy. Lots of walks nearby and pubs to visit with our dog.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there, the welcome pack was fantastic and even the weather was kind to us!! It was warm and the wood burner was wonderful with a very good supply of free logs. We would love to go back in the summer when more attractions would be open.

We found the cottage comfortable, warm and equipped to a high standard. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. A downstairs toilet would have been a bonus but it was useful to have a choice of sitting areas. The cottage is well situated for exploring the beautiful Weald and Downs and nearby historic buildings and sites.
