Oasis Lodge can be found on the very popular Bridlington Links Golf Course directly opposite a gate leading to Sewerby Hall and Gardens and the coast beyond. This spacious, detached log cabin is surrounded by mature woodland with the golf club house, offering a gym, bar and restaurant just a short stroll away, making this holiday home perfect for couples or up to four people. Step inside and be greeted by a welcoming open plan living space. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of work top space from which to prepare delicious home cooked meals that can be enjoyed on the farmhouse style dining table that sits close by. The main living area is south facing and is flooded by natural light from the French doors which lead out to the enclosed decking. There are two bedrooms, a twin with en-suite and a double with an en-suite. The wrap around decking offers additional seating and is just perfect for an al-fresco breakfast, afternoon in the sun or perhaps a few drinks in the evening whilst spotting the deer grazing in the park.
The club house is just a short stroll from the lodge where there is a popular restaurant and bar which can be used by non-members and there is also a gym available (at cost). In addition, within Sewerby Gardens you will find the popular Clock Tower Cafe offering snacks and light meals. There is also a children’s play park, putting green and a small zoo to explore. For golf enthusiasts enjoy the 18-hole golf course and driving range (at cost). With over 50 acres of parkland there are plenty of places to enjoy a picnic along the clifftop or catch the land train that runs in high season between Sewerby Gardens and the Bridlington North and South beaches.
Bridlington is a popular family resort boasting beautiful sandy beaches with flat golden sand stretching to the horizon, a busy harbour and a wide choice of shops. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants and the Bridlington Spa Theatre is very popular with international acts and shows. To the north of the Links, you can walk the coastal path to Danes Dyke Woodland Reserve where there are some wonderful nature walks. It is all dog-friendly and you can wander down through the wooded areas to the shoreline where there is a broad, flat beach accessible at low tide. Walk further or drive to Flamborough Head and explore the North and South Landings with spectacular white chalk cliffs and rugged clifftop pathways.
