We both love the cottage for its 'old world charm' though it has wi-fi and DVD etc. Ulverston is a lovely little town, plenty of cafes, local market and lots of walks!

Lovely stay in Oakbeams. Very well located within easy waking distance to town. Cosy, comfortable and welcoming cottage. Parking permit supplied and easy to find a space just a couple of minutes walk away. Owner very helpful. Would definitely stay again 😊

Loved the cottage and pretty garden and location, would have given 10 out of 10 for everything if you could park outside. Not a problem for us and you can load and unload at the cottage so perhaps not a problem at all. We will return hopefully, very quiet and spacious with comfortable beds.

Great cottage and well located. Only down side was parking. Very busy road and parking after 5pm a nightmare.

Lovely homely feel to this property, very cosy with big comfy beds, everything you need on the doorstep and some amazing places to eat we really were stuck for choice, if you're looking for a place with modern high quality furnishings? Then this isn't the place for you, to say this property is in the middle of a town we found it very quiet and slept like logs, we loved this cosy property.
