Oakbeams was in a great location. Close to the town centre and all the cafes, restaurant and shops etc. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the cottage and pretty garden and location, would have given 10 out of 10 for everything if you could park outside. Not a problem for us and you can load and unload at the cottage so perhaps not a problem at all. We will return hopefully, very quiet and spacious with comfortable beds.

Great cottage and well located. Only down side was parking. Very busy road and parking after 5pm a nightmare.

Lovely homely feel to this property, very cosy with big comfy beds, everything you need on the doorstep and some amazing places to eat we really were stuck for choice, if you're looking for a place with modern high quality furnishings? Then this isn't the place for you, to say this property is in the middle of a town we found it very quiet and slept like logs, we loved this cosy property.

We found the cottage to be a home from home, we felt welcome and settled in straight away. Everything is within easy walking distance. Ulverston is a lovely town unspoilt by wide streets - most of them are narrow with too many shops (don't tell the wife I said that)! We will go back to enjoy the area again I'm sure.

Good location in centre of town. Easy driving distance to the lakes etc. Coal fire is great and felt very cosy in the evenings. Would come back again.
