Cottage is listed as luxury... it could be with a little care and attention. Not enough glasses and bowls. En-suite shower needs regrouting. Torches do not work. Information booklet out of date.

My daughter and I had a nice time there, the weather was really good to say the week before all England was covered in snow. It took us a while to find the boiler for the heating and water but once found it was easy. I must say though one of my pet hates is mix and match cutlery and crockery so that was the only thing I could fault the house on.

Bramley Barn was lovely, we felt at home as soon as we walked in. It was very peaceful and quiet, beds comfortable, settees relaxing, and the kitchen was very convenient. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you.

The cottage smelt damp in the kitchen and very damp in the on sweet. We didn't use the on sweet shower as we didn't won't to make it worse. All rooms had dusty parts and most had cob web's. The lighting was dim due to low wattage bulbs. As for space that was fine. You didn't feel confined and you had a large garden area for the kids to run around in. The amenities were very good. Dishwasher, washing machine ,iron and board ect... over all it was the smell from the damp that put us off.

We were very comfortable at Bramley Barn - and my negative answer is nothing to do with the accommodation but a personal choice of always going somewhere different. The space and facilities were fine, though I feel I should point out to future visitors, that 'no towels' means all types - not even a tea towel!
