North Ings is a delightful place to stay. Well laid out - fully ensuite with tv's in all bedrooms. Our visit was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary - we went along with our 3 daughters their husbands & 6 children, which included 2 babies. Everyone was delighted with the amenities on offer. The rear garden was a safe space for ball games / barbecues and given the glorious weather frequent use was made of this area. Kitchen & Living room facilities were clean & spacious. Private car parking was great - a must in this busy seaside resort. We found some great local pubs / hotels serving good meals in the area. Only grumble was the lack of signal on our mobile phones.

We had a great holiday. The location was excellent and the house felt so comfortable and spacious for our family. The garden and BBQ were a big plus and safe for our children. The bus stop was really close for trips to Whitby so we were able to leave the cars at home. All in all the best holiday home we've stayed in.

I booked North Ings for a group of 11 women and I couldn't have made a better choice, all those bathrooms, perfect.!! From the moment we arrived to find ample parking for our 5 cars, we couldn't find fault, the bedrooms are great, and the lovely big sitting room with cosy woodburner is a winner. The kitchen has everything necessary and the huge dining table is very sociable. Thank you for a fabulous weekend we're already planning to come again.

Nice cottage in very good location with decent amount of outside space for summer visitors. Very good sitting room and perfectly adequate dining room but for 12 adults the kitchen was a bit of a squash as is in the galley side of style! But it was well equipped Lovely to each have an ensuite but several of us found standard double beds a bit of a shock....! Have we really grown so much over the years? Excellent local walking and a good last night meal at Bramblewick in the village. The PO do cash newspapers and basic provisions too.
