This comfortable cottage lies in an ideal location, on the borders of the picturesque counties of Cork and Kerry.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Small garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars.

Located on the border of the counties of Cork and Kerry, next door to the owners home, this cosy, traditional, detached cottage makes a wonderful base for discovering the picturesque scenery of both counties. The restored cottage retains many of its original features and offers beautiful mountain views from its pretty garden and patio. Located in the ‘Sliabh Luachra’ region, which is famed for traditional Irish music and songs, the area also offers wonderful fishing on the Blackwater and some incredible walks and hikes. Take a day trip to the beautiful lakes and National Park of Killarney, 18 miles away, explore the glorious Dingle Peninsula, 50 miles away or take a 40-mile trip to kiss the Blarney Stone. Cork city is 45 miles away. Shop 5 miles, pub with regular traditional music sessions 2 miles and restaurant 7 miles.
