No. 1 is a semi-detached town house situated in Douglas on the beautiful Isle of Man. This renovated 1930s property offers comfortable and spacious accommodation whilst retaining its period charm. There is a large rear enclosed garden, which gives a feeling of space and privacy, whilst its central location means that you are never far away from things to do and see. Although set in the town, there is a large park across the road with various amenities for children, playing fields and plenty of space for walking. The park also has a restaurant and bar within it, and leads onto the world famous TT Races starting line and grandstand. This is the ideal base for exploring the Isle Of Man and its hidden secrets which are in abundance. After a busy day, sit back in the garden and enjoy a barbecue. Beach ½ mile. Shop 20 yards, pub 1 mile.
