A beautiful cottage, one of the best we have stayed in. Lovely slate floors and underfloor heating which made it really warm and cosy even on a damp November weekend. The cottage just has a nice energy, I felt at home right away. Perhaps the only downside is that there isn't an upstairs toilet. Lovely, peaceful garden at the back and a garden at the front too. Kentisbeare is so peaceful! Thatched cottages, a lovely old church, pub and shop - like stepping back in time away from the hussle and bussle when life was simpler and more stable. It brought me the peacefulness I needed, I just wished we could have stayed longer. Very good value at the price, would highly recommend. Thank you!

A lovely home from home cottage with lots of personal touches! A lovely cream tea laid out on arrival! Right next door to a pub serving food! What more could you ask for! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this lovely cottage!
