The living area has a smart TV with freeview and plenty of comfortable seating including a double sofa bed which can be setup to accommodate two guests if requested. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and a ¾ sized fridge/ freezer and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a family meal.

Located less than 10 miles away from Exeter city centre and the seaside towns and villages of Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, and within walking distance to Woodbury Common, famous for its wildlife/birds and scenic walking/cycling and riding routes. From November to February, the Exe Estuary is home for some 20,000 migratory birds, and the red sandstone cliffs of Orcombe Point at the eastern end of the beach are designated the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
