Second year staying at this cottage and it's clear standards haven't slipped. Perfectly clean and tidy and a lovely house in general. Have stayed in other local houses around Broadstairs and this comfortably tops them all. Already looking forward to summer 2019.

Comfortable, clean and homely. Set in a quiet culdesac, the house was well equipped and just a few minutes walk from shops, town beach and restaurants. Broadstairs has some beautiful beaches nearby and was a nice town.

A nice cottage but I would like to see the handrail on the stairs extended to the top of the stairs. Also a safety grab rail is needed in the shower and on the landing side of the newel post. The cleanliness of the kitchen utensils leaves a lot to be desired.

Holiday was cut short due to inclement weather; unseasonably cold and overcast. We hope to return to Broadstairs again later this year. Unfortunately for us, Nash Cottage is fully booked for the period we would need so having to look for alternative accommodation. It will be hard to find something to match Nash Cottage. Maybe we can book it again for next year.

Enjoyed our Christmas holiday in a well equipped, warm, peaceful cottage. Five minutes walk to the town centre and sea front. Very convenient. Our only reservation would be the description of the downstairs cloakroom. This is in effect an outside toilet and cannot be accessed directly from inside the house which is an uninviting prospect in cold winter weather.
