I just love this charming stone terraced cottage, so unusual being all on one level, with a lovely enclosed front garden, perfect getaway for couples looking to explore southern Snowdonia.

Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine machine.
Conservatory.
Bedroom:
With double bed.

Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned front garden. Enclosed rear courtyard with sitting-out area. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the courtyard.

This charming, single-storey stone terraced cottage enjoys lovely views from its setting in the heart of the delightful village of Abergynolwyn, a short stroll from a pub serving food. There are superb walks, cycle paths, abundant wildlife, waterfalls, mountains and lakes all at hand making this an ideal place from which to explore the delights of southern Snowdonia. Its location is just ½-mile away from the Talyllyn narrow gauge railway station for beautiful train journeys to the coast and shops at Tywyn, which is 7 miles by road, and the lovely seaside town of Aberdovey which is just a little further round the coast. Beach 7 miles. Shop and restaurant 7 miles, pub 200 yards.
