The house was nice but the location wasn't ideal. Good base for the area but would prefer more rural.

Response on behalf of the owner; The location is described exactly as it is shown on google maps but I would encourage all guests to review this prior to making bookings, although this has never been a problem before. I`m sorry that it wasn`t located as you assumed.

Booked this property as we have family who live in Durham. The house itself is big and is comfortable. Paul the owner was great; pre check in he sent lots of information and then took the time to make sure we had arrived safely. Don't be put off that they allow dogs as there are no signs animals have been in the property, it is very clean. We look forward to coming back.
