Mulberry Cottage is extremely comfortable and Liz, the owner's thoughtful and caring attitude is evident in the homely feeling and the provision in the cottage. Liz was very warm and welcoming and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect being just a 10 minute walk or less in one direction to the centre of Stratford and a similarly brief walk in the other direction to the beautiful village of Shottery. We had a really lovely week.

Accommodation very comfortable, clean and a real find. Liz (owner) left a welcome pack of milk, cake etc which was a nice touch at the end of a long journey from Scotland. Easy walk into town centre and some lovely walks nearby. Lots to do and see in Stratford and surrounding area. This is our third visit to Stratford and hope to return to Mulberry Cottage on our next visit. Liz was very helpful at each stage of our stay and kindly posted items overlooked in our packing up. Overall, a lovely cottage and would highly recommend it to other visitors.

We booked at the very last minute, but the cottage owner was so helpful in getting everything sorted for us. We loved this cottage so much. Very stylishly decorated, but still cosy and really comfortable. It is equipped with everything you could need. The snow over the weekend that we stayed meant that we spent lot of time in the cottage, but touches such as the roll top bath, log fire, wi-fi and the TV package which included catch-up made it a real treat. Stratford’s attractions in the town centre are all within a short walk, as was a lovely walk along the River Avon (Seven Meadows) and back by the race course. Loads of lovely pubs and restaurants are within walking distance too, so no need to use the car. We wouldn’t have minded being snowed in for a few more nights!!

Mulberry Cottage is delightful, the town is easily accessible being 5 minutes walk away. The cottage has everything you need for a special stay. Mrs Drake kindly left us milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a lemon cake which was very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
