We enjoyed our holiday in Brading. The location was convenient to the attractions we wished to visit. My only comment about the accommodation being that as I am six feet + tal the profile of the upstairs ceilings meant that I had to stoop much of the time. I would be very interested to know if the same situation exists in the adjacent cottage.

A little small for a family of four with young children but clean and cosy enough for one week. We booked for two weeks and was a little limited by the bad weather. The garden is nice but shared with another cottage, and the owners, so not entirely private.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner. As long standing and conscientious Cottage Owners we are always happy to receive feedback and comments. We are surprised by your low score and posted comment as this is a Gold Award property and has been for quite a few years. We have unfortunately no control over the weather, but we were happy to hear from your comment in the guest book that you liked the garden and the cottage was nice. It was evident during your stay that your children were having a lovely time playing with the equipment/activities provided in the garden and with the other children staying. It is made very clear in the property description that the garden is shared. It is a large sunny garden and the Potting Shed has is own designated patio area with garden furniture and an area of garden in front of the property, as seen in the property photographs.
