Overall our holiday in Foxglove was good but the accomodation is in need of refurbishing which I know the new owners are starting later this year. We had a huge corner suite in the lounge but it was so old and saggy and was quite uncomfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms were good but we had the downstairs bedroom ( ideal for grandparents it said on the info) Two single beds but only one small single wardrobe and two bedside cupboards( perhaps other grandparents only bring a very small amount of clothing) that was it for furniture. We obviously had curtains but as the room was on the ground floor and it was at the side of a busy walkway we had to keep the curtains closed all the time( perhaps a blind would help) added to this people walking by early in the morning made sleep quite difficult. The bathroom was functional, plenty of hot water but again bath panels popping out , cracks in walls and the hole in the back of the door gave it a rather rough feeling. Hopefully when it is all refurbished it will give the feel of a luxury holiday venue but at the moment it is a bit underwhelming
