This terraced barn conversion sits in a beautiful location with countryside views, yet lies just over 4 miles from Shanklin beach.

Enjoying a picturesque, rural setting, these delightful barn conversions (refs UKC1846, UKC1847 and UKC1848) offer the perfect location for a walking holiday, or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The properties have been beautifully restored to provide comfortable accommodation for families, couples or group of friends. Each boasts its own enclosed garden, where you can enjoy views over the countryside. The Red Squirrel Trail passes through the courtyard of Moor Farm, ideal for cyclists who wish to enjoy stunning wildlife habitats and breathtaking coastal scenery. The picturesque village of Godshill is just ½ a mile away with some of the oldest architecture on the island. With a medieval church, thatched cottages and traditional tea rooms, it is well worth a visit. The popular seaside resort of Shanklin is approximately 15 minutes’ away, with fantastic parks, gardens and a glorious sandy beach. There are plenty of countryside trails right from the doorstep, and close by you will find a plethora of amenities for all the family to enjoy. Bikes can be stored in the farm outbuildings (own locks are adviseable). Beach 4½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 11 guests.

Living area: With wood burner, Freesat TV, DVD player and selection of books and board games.

Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and patio doors leading to patio.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Solid fuel underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer (shared with other holiday properties on-site). Small enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £200.

    Bit of rough track to get to the cottage but the location makes up for it. The cottage itself could do with a few extra storage, I.e two bedside cabinets instead of the two bedside tables a small chest of drawers would be a welcome addition as would a cabinet or a shelf in the en - suite little things that would make a big difference apart that a lovely place to stay.
