It had everything we needed and was also clean and welcoming. The secluded, well-fenced garden was ideal for the dog and the shady shrubs very soothing in the heat!

The cottage was dirty. There was a rip in the sheet and the bed was very uncomfortable. The cold water tap did not work in the kitchen, the oven was dirty and the oven door did not close as the catch was broken. The cottage could be very nice if it was thoroughly cleaned and had some decent furniture.

As always a very enjoyable stay. On arrival we received Easter Eggs and biscuits. 2 pints of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee... thank you. These all went down very well. There is so much to see and do if you enjoy walking with your dogs or without this is the place to come. The local pubs and restaurants were great and welcomed us in as a family and with our 2 dogs. Makes it a very enjoyable holiday having our dogs with us all the time. We also hired a boat from Wroxham which let us take the dogs on board this was very exciting and it was our favourite day of our holiday. The only downside was the kitchen and utensils in the cottage. We didn't end up using any as they were a bit dirty, I didn't want to spend my holiday washing pots anyway. However we knew the people before us had left the cottage very muddy so they had all on cleaning up after them. It's hard work keeping on top of everything when you've had rain all week and people don't clean up after themselves. We did arrive early too we didn't want to put Keith under any pressure as we were happy to go out on a walk. We will be back, I don't think we will ever tire from visiting Bacton and surrounding areas, beach, countryside, woodland walks all on your doorstep. Fabulous. Thanks Keith, see you Next Year.
