we had a very enjoyable and memorable holiday at Mole cottage. we miss it! The cottage is much larger than we thought it would be and well equipped. we rented it as family accommodation and it did not disappoint . we hope to rent in the future - so that should be a recommendation JW

This is our third year stay at Mole Cottage and we really enjoy our stay there. Comfort and Equipment is a 9 as there does need to be some updating but our host arrived on the last morning and explained that refurbishment was occurring later this year. However, since our last stay in 2019, already new mattresses and towels etc. have made our stay even more comfortable. The locale is excellent.... we were blessed with fabulous sunshine and cold evenings (our stay is always the 1st week of February) and the village is small but has a lovely little farm shop at the bottom of the street plus a good pub about five minutes further. There’s a bus service running every hour to Wells or Blakeney/Sheringham, so plenty of chance to get out and about. Needless to say... we have booked for our 4th year already. Long may it last we say!!!

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for coming back a 3rd time. The refurbishment is underway and will be completed mid March 2020. There is a new 40" TV/DVD player with lots of new and old DVDs for children and grown ups in the Family Room. I have also just purchased a mains powered Bluetooth Speaker to link up with phones, tablets etc. Looking forward to seeing you Feb 2021.

Such a pretty village. Mole Cottage was perfect for us. We loved the bridle path over the fields for early morning and late afternoon dog walk. Super hot tub. A lovely break.

We had a great weekend at Mole cottage as a family celebrating my birthday. The cottage had everything we needed, warm, comfortable and plenty of room for 8 adults, 2 babies and a dog ! Lovely welcome pack provided and we had a fab time in the hot tub. Great pub and shop in the village and short drive into Wells for the beach and fish and chips . We would love to stay at Mole cottage again !

In need of a deep clean, redecorating and garden tending, hot tub excellent, could be excellent, needs investment.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed the hot tub. Garden not looking its best with an apple tree blown over but tree surgeon is booked. Painters & Decorators are booked for February-March 2020. So it should be back to its best by the spring.

Well positioned on the North Norfolk coast for an extended family holiday. Good size for nine of us. Lovely Welcome Pack. Hot tub brilliant! Excellent range of kitchen equipment. Cottage comfortable. We had a small problem with the lock on a bathroom door, but this was speedily resolved by the local host on behalf of the owner.
