This holiday property is the garden level of the owner’s detached, Victorian, family home, overlooking a stonewalled garden and cedar trees. Nestling at the foot of the Malvern Hills, the property is in a perfect location adjacent to the Malvern College Estate and a short walk away from the town centre, and just a few minutes drive from the Three Counties Showground. Great Malvern itself has many attractions to entertain guests of all ages, including the famous theatre, shopping in the pretty town, fine dining at one of the many renowned restaurants and bistros or even a tour of the Morgan Motor Factory. Cycling and walking enthusiasts can enjoy access to numerous footpaths and cycle routes from the property directly onto the Malvern Hills, an area that has been awarded the recognition of an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding three counties and beyond.
A short drive away are many other attractions including Ledbury, which offers Michelin starred restaurants and a renowned food festival, Upton-upon-Severn, Tewkesbury, Worcester and numerous stately homes with beautiful grounds and gardens in which to stroll. A little further afield, visit Regency Cheltenham, Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds and the Welsh Marches. Shop, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.
