In the summer this cottage would be lovely, however at the time of year we went (late autumn) the walls in the bathroom were running with condensation making everything in there soaking wet and made the cottage smell very musty, better ventilation in there would help.

My YES is only a yes with the added "BUT ONLY TO SOMEONE WHO IS SMALL" I had to sleep downstairs on the sofa because I am too tall to be able to stand-up in the area used for a bedroom when getting in to and out of the bed. Even my partner who is 5'6" had a struggle as the roof is so very very low. The local pub does very good food (apart from on a Monday) but "The Whalebone" in Downham Market is only 5mins away and does top class food at a VERY good price, so we went there most nights. A big plate of Pasta alfredo with an alcoholic drink or Mixed grill with soft drink £*.** you can't go wrong. Charging £** for a dog for the week for this cottage is way too much. Most places dogs are free (1 dog). The shower in the cottage is brilliant, but the tiles need a blooming good bleaching to get rid of the black mould in the grouting. (A harsh but fair comment) Watch for the wildlife (deer etc) If you have a "bad back" please don't think about booking the Mini Cottage (the clue is in the name).

An ok place, but unless you are fairly fit, getting into bed is a bit of a mess on. The roof very low and you can't easily stand up in the bedroom. Equipment ok, but missing teapot of coffee pot, and tin opener. OK for a short stay. Nice garden and surrounds.
