We had a wonderful week at Mimosa cottage. Location is perfect with a gorgeous view out onto the beach and across to Appledore. Bedrooms were comfy and bright and the main bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Other parts of the house are a bit dated (e.g. wallpaper, carpets and kitchen in particular are very old, although the latter is perfectly clean and functional) though it's hard to judge too much as I know many home furnishings were removed for Covid reasons which probably had an impact on the overall look and couldn't be helped. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and a fantastic cottage. Good food in the local pubs and restaurants . Good facilities well provided. Really good collection of local books to peruse... It was nice to be away from technology, TV's, Wifi Phone signal etc... but the option would have been nice and if you need to be connected you will struggle.
