Mill Race is a charming stone cottage tucked away in a private location overlooking the picturesque Broughton Beck, and is in close proximity to the enchanting Fairy Walk.

Living/dining room: With wood burner and 32" Freeview TV.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With twin beds (for children) and restricted head height.

The small country-style kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay. The ground floor master bedroom features a super kingsize bed which can be twin beds on request, while upstairs in the quirky attic bedroom is a space suitable for two children with twin beds. Outside is a tiered landscaped courtyard, with open views beyond.
Based at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, there are endless activities, tours and places of interest to experience during your stay at Mill Race. The Broughton Estate is packed full of fun things to do with a whole host of experiences and pursuits to enjoy. Whether its getting out and about enjoying nature, or exploring wonderful walks and cycle trails. The purpose built wellbeing centre, Avalon, is right on your doorstep and offers the perfect way to unwind, be present and connect.
The vast 3000-acre grounds are at your disposal, wander down through the estate and admire the imposing stately home of Broughton Hall itself, or spot wildlife and birds as well as quaint bridges across the river. Visit the beautiful, 14th-century Walled Garden, where a leisurely stroll will take you to a bistro where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, and which serves nutritious food from locally sourced suppliers. Within the estate are the Land Rover Experience offices from where experience days are offered (by direct arrangement with the owner) for an exhilarating drive along the land rover track and obstacles on the estate.
The popular market town of Skipton is 3 miles away and offers a host of things to do for all ages. The Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire have both passed through Skipton and the surrounding countryside in recent years. Why not bring your bike and explore some of the routes for yourself? The area is peppered with gourmet pubs serving local produce as well as hearty, traditional pub food, and there is a plethora of restaurants and bars in Skipton to choose from should you wish to treat yourself and dine out during your stay.
