Dating back to the 1850s this beautiful holiday home was originally the Mill Keeper’s Cottage at Cleifion Mill. The cottage has been modernised throughout with plenty of character and charm restored too.
Sleeping up to six guests, the accommodation is comfortable and spacious throughout. There are three bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll enter through the porch and find a handy utility room with a toilet and a separate kitchen which leads through to the main living room. The living room is cosy and has a lovely wood burner surrounded by comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV to sit back and relax after a day out exploring. Across the hallway, there is a separate dining room and a conservatory. The conservatory leads out to the enclosed garden where you’ll find a decked seating area overlooking the lawned garden. At the front of the property, there is a shared driveway and space to park up to two cars.
Located on the edge of St Clears in Carmarthenshire, this beautiful property is ideally situated for exploring the local countryside, with plenty of walks to enjoy right from your doorstep. St Clears is on the Wales Coastal Path, a popular stopping point between Llansteffan and Laugharne. The quaint town is a typical Welsh town with independent shops, pubs and local crafts on offer. It is also just 25 minutes’ drive to the famous seaside town of Tenby.
