This single-storey, semi-detached cottage is situated at the top of a rough farm track and provides stylish and cosy accommodation for two guests. Luxury and comfort are combined with contemporary design accents, comprising a fully fitted kitchen area with integrated appliances within the spacious living/dining room, a modern bathroom with deep bath, separate shower and underfloor heating, and a beautifully appointed bedroom with a supreme quality Hypnos bed. A wood burner and digital electric heating make this a snug Highland retreat whatever the weather.
Enjoy your breakfast outside and soak up the spectacular views as you plan your next adventure, or step down into the cottage’s dry-stone walled garden, a real sun-trap, where you’ll enjoy the fragrant plants as you relax on comfortable zero-gravity reclining chairs. The long summer evenings are also the perfect time to enjoy a barbecue while you unwind and take in the beautiful sunsets framed by the darkening hills.
The cultural hub of Pitlochry is just 2½ miles away with its famous Festival Theatre, vibrant live music venues, a thriving cafe community, the famous Pitlochry Dam and Salmon Ladder, distilleries, castles, golf courses, stately homes and award-winning restaurants. West Tomnafeannag Cottage is truly a year-round outdoor leisure destination with an abundance of walking trails, cycle routes and winter skiing at Glenshee, where spectacular views are guaranteed. Why not enjoy the fantastic scenery of Highland Perthshire on two wheels? Explore the great rides on your doorstep, take a picnic or cycle an old drove road south for tea and cake in Dunkeld.
Alternatively, guests can join the owner on a curated route on quiet roads and enjoy some of the most beautiful views Scotland has to offer - maybe a short 10 mile spin with a coffee stop in Pitlochry, or a 30 mile jaunt around Loch Tummel. Shops 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
West Tomnafeannag Cottage can be booked together with Mid Balchandy Cottage (SSAB) and The Bothy (UKC1651) to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Kitchen area: With electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom: With zip and link super kingsize Hypnos bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Electric central heating (underfloor in bathroom) included. Laundry service available. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars.
