Must admit I thought it was the whole house but when I rechecked the advert it does clearly say the property is semi detached so my fault. Any disappointment was very quickly dispelled as we went in..the house is beautiful. It is superbly well equipped, sparkling clean with really comfortable beds and a lovely garden and outlook. Only slight downside was we didn't find any good places to eat in the immediate vicinity but St Andrews and Perth are around 30 mins away. All in all a wonderful trip which the whole family enjoyed.

excellent roomy cottage just what we needed, Lots of nice little touches which made the cottage feel like home. The location is great, just a few hundred yards from the Tay which can be seen from the back of the house and garden. The only downside was that there was not many options to eat out in Newburgh so you have to drive 30 mins to find a reasonable resturant.

Lovely clean and welcoming, Jennie( who was still there when we arrived) was v.friendly and most helpful, going out of her way to give us details of places to eat and visit.

Really lovely home. Way too many breakable things for our 1 year old to grab so we had all plates, bowls, wine glasses, ornaments etc on the kitchen surfaces all week, which was a nightmare. The bed by the window in the downstairs bedroom had a HUGE dip in it so it was really uncomfortable! But, the house was beautiful and really clean

Response on behalf of the Owner; Many thanks for the feedback, we too had noticed the issue with the mattress and as a result a new mattress was delivered last Saturday (14th April 2018).
