Meadowlands is a cute bungalow containing everything you'd need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Just north west of the lakes meant we could get to most places we wanted to go to within an hour. The beds were comfy, plenty of storage in each room, WiFi was fast. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. We have just a few of suggestions for future visitors. We did get the fright of our lives when the window cleaners suddenly turned up one morning at the "having a shower and getting dressed" stage of the day which was a bit nailbiting so it might be worth notifying future guests of when they are due. There is no full length mirror in the property which could be useful too. Also, we really struggled to open bedroom windows, especially in the ensuite room - I can't sleep with the windows shut. Maybe check the locks for stiffness and put a couple of window keys in the bedrooms? Otherwise, it was an awesome week. Thank you.

Lovely clean, warm and comfortable cottage with all mod-cons in a beautiful part of the country, and at a reasonable price. would recommend to anyone, we may even go back again late next year. only drawback is lack of pub, shop or chippy!! but other than that a very nice place to stay, and all credit to the owners for the excellent condition of the property.

This was our second year staying at meadowlands and it is like home from home ideal location for a walking holiday or visiting the lakes or like us just for a relaxing holiday and visiting family. The bungalow has everything you would want in a holiday home and hopefully we will be back next year.
