Wonderful accommodation in a great location. Off street parking is an added bonus. We have stayed here on 5 occasions and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

A cosy comfortable and very well equipped cottage within easy walking distance of the town centre but with added bonus of off road parking. Thoughtful owners had provided welcome pack of all the essentials to get us started as well as flowers. We certainly plan a return visit.

Superb and spacious holiday cottage. Very comfortable and well-equipped. The "welcome pack" of goodies and fresh flowers was a lovely gesture. The cottage is within a short walk of all the amenities in Skipton and an easy drive to the Dales or the cities of Bradford and Leeds.

This semi-detached bungalow lies alongside a very busy road at times. There is space for two cars to park in the driveway, but it is far better to reverse in (when traffic allows this possibility). You need to be extra careful when exiting the driveway by car. There is a sensor in the cottage which opens the garage door, which stores many items that may be needed during the week. When we arrived the cottage was very clean and very well-presented. The owners had also taken the trouble to provide a welcome pack of goodies to start the holiday off, which would help if you had no supplies with you. A nice touch. The kitchen has a small serving hatch to access the dining table, which is an alcove in the lounge. What puzzled us as self-caterers, was the absence of any pan lids. We eventually found one small glass lid and a glass lid that was large enough to fit a frying pan, which we used to poach some fish, but nothing else. Pans with no lids? Weird. We put some newspapers down inside the front door to place outdoor footwear on, but the coat pegs are inside the kitchen at the far end. It needs a coat stand near the front door with a waterproof mat under it for outdoor wet(?) jackets to hang. The kitchen could also do with a small dustpan and hand brush. Plus some more serving mats and placemats for the dining table. The location of the cottage is good and is only less than a 10 minute walk into Skipton and a 5 minute drive to the fabulous Keelham Farm Shop.

getting into and out of the driveway was a little awkward due to the bend on Grassington Road, but was'nt a big issue.
