What a lovely cottage in a great location, it was comfortable well equipped and super clean. We really had a great time. Although it rained all week, there is so much to do in and around Skipton and the walks are stunning, even in the wintry rain. We will be visiting again.

Meadowcroft is a really lovely holiday home. The attention to detail and care taken in welcoming the guests is second to none. We have stayed in many self-catering places over the years and I can honestly say this one was like a home from home. The owner provides a welcome pack with freshly laid free range eggs, local biscuits and wine, tea, coffee, hot choc.....I could go on. Tissues, toilet rolls, tin foil, cling film, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, etc .....all these things are needed during a weeks stay and usually you have to buy them or remember to pack them! All furniture and equipment was of a high standard, modern and very clean. It was a spacious and light property and although on a main- ish road is set back so not at all noisy.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location. Off street parking is an added bonus. We have stayed here on 5 occasions and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

A cosy comfortable and very well equipped cottage within easy walking distance of the town centre but with added bonus of off road parking. Thoughtful owners had provided welcome pack of all the essentials to get us started as well as flowers. We certainly plan a return visit.
