For those of you looking for a unique holiday property, this shepherd’s hut definitely fits the bill. Set in the garden of the farmhouse on a working farm, this really is a great place to get away with your other half and enjoy a relaxing holiday. No need to leave your pet behind either as they are more than welcome at Meadow View.
Small but perfectly formed, Meadow View has a bed that is tucked at one end of the open plan living area, and in the evening you can snuggle up on the bed and look out over the fields beyond. Don’t worry about not being able to keep in touch with the modern world, as Wi-Fi is included.
The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and a hob so you can still rustle up a meal, or why not take a short stroll to the local pub?
Outside, there is a seating area and a barbecue, so you can enjoy outdoor dining in the summer months. For when the weather turns cooler, cosy up with a blanket and warm yourself in front of the chiminea.
If you love being outdoors, the Isle of Wight has plenty to keep you busy, including walking, cycling, horse riding, sailing and golf. If you would prefer a more relaxing day, simply relax on one of the many sandy beaches nearby.
