The apartment is lovely. The view is amazing. You can see and hear the sea & watch the sun rise. There are lovely horses just over the road too. The apartment is kinda homely with most things you need. Its very disappointing that there isnt a washing machine though. The apartment does smell quite damp/mouldy but its not too bad. Everything could do with a bit of modernising really, the furniature is very 70s and smells. The worst bits for me is the loose/uneven floorboards under the flooring, i stumbled a few times & the floor must be very thin because i was kept up most nights by the guy downstairs snoring. Oh & the long obstacle filled walk to the front door isnt fun in the dark lol.

We had 3 nights at Mayfair apt and really enjoyed it. The view was amazing. The only problem was that it was not very clean and few repairs required.

This flat is shabby, not very clean and in dire need of a complete makeover. We could smell damp as soon as we walked in; but apparently logs for the fire are not provided at ''this time of year'' (end of April). Oil-filled heaters were provided instead, which did eventually warm the place up. On the plus side, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the glass patio door, leading from the lounge to a balcony overlooking the beach and the sea, affords a magnificent view, which is the best part of this holiday flat. The cups in the cupboards were all tea-stained and needed cleaning out before use. Floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom are uneven, and in places sink underfoot, which is quite disconcerting. This flat has great potential and would certainly benefit from a full refurbishment.
