Description

A 200-year-old cottage in the Cornish village of Tywardreath with nearby attractions including the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With Smart TV, DVD player and beams.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, beams, tiled floor and patio doors leading to garden.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:
With double bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 3: With single bed and Freeview TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric heaters and electricity (by meter reading November-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with freezer. Large enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.

May Cottage is a deceptively spacious, 200-year-old terraced holiday cottage in the Cornish village of Tywardreath. The coasts and coastal paths are close by, with a beach at Par Sands and smaller more varied beaches within driving distance. Nearby attractions include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House. Charlestown, famous for its tall ships and shipwreck museum, is a few miles away, a perfect setting for an evening stroll around the harbour. Golf, cycling, sailing and sea fishing available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shop 30 yards, pub 50 yards.
