What a wonderful place - we had an amazing holiday! The location is stunning, the owners really welcoming and helpful and Skye is a lovely place to explore if you love the quiet and epic scenery for walking and relaxing with impressive mountains and hidden beaches to find. Thoroughly recommend it!

Mary's Cottage was an excellent choice for our stay in North Skye, set away from the hoards of tourists along the coast road it provided a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The interior of the cottage is clean and comfortable and very much under-sold by the photographs. It is disappointing that there is no Wi-Fi available, particularly in an area with virtually no mobile phone signal; with this and a few more items of cooking and baking equipment we would have scored this lovely cottage ten all round.

The most peaceful holiday I have been on. The owners are within walking distance and were there if we needed them. No wi fi but this only enhanced the holiday as it meant we spent more time relaxing.

Brilliant holiday in a lovely location. The cottage was exactly like its photo - very well equipped, a home away from home.
