Marsh cottage was warm, cosy, clean and a lovely place to spend Christmas...the outlook from the living room over the fells was spectacular. The cottage is located approx 1 mile from Haworth where there are lots of independent shops, cafes and restaurants...Haworth is home to the Bronte history. There was no wi-fi at the cottage, hence the only reduction in scoring. It was no problem to myself but the younger family members felt lost without the internet at their fingers!

We were really pleased with the cottage from when we arrived on Marsh Lane and when we opened the front door. It was pristine, everything we could need was provided and more than enough towels and bedding all well presented. A very welcome amount of tea, coffee, milk & biccies was ready for us. The views from the weavers window in the bedroom was fantastic and the patio looked very inviting on a sunny day We would have given a maximum 10 but there was no internet ( we knew this when we booked but it is a mixed blessing), There was lots of information about Haworth for us to read, clearly presented. We would definitely hope to return.

This was my second stay in this beautiful cottage. The views from the patio and all round are just lovely. A bus takes you into Howarth and Keighly or Hebbden Bridge. A great base to see West Yorkshire.

Loved that cottage . If you want a nice quiet place to relax away from your busy life ,this is the place for you. The only down side is there is no WiFi. Not the end of the world though.

We enjoyed our stay, but one or two problems were apparent, no hair dryer, I haven,t taken one on holiday for years, no power point for said hairdryer or tongues near a mirror and no instructions for cooker or microwave, I have not cooked with gas for over thirty years ( singed eyebrows) no internet, this was not a problem for us, but a family with a teenager would find a problem, my grandchildren would have an issue with that. Having said all that it is a lovely place, with just a bit of tweaking would up its rating.
