Friendly people and a lovely clean cottage with good dog walks close by. Private enclosed garden at the back which was handy and good facilities. Staff were happy to help and provide additional equipment as soon as it was asked for. Cottage was accessible for disabled mother as well so no problems. Thank you

Just returned from a great week in this property. It is spotlessly clean and maintained to an excellent standard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and rooms furnished to a high standard. Garden furniture at the front and back on the property in both gardens and the hot tub is checked twice a day. All floors are tiled so easy to keep clean with a dog in tow. Would loved to have stayed for another week. We ate at the Owl pub in Hambleton twice during our stay and the food is excellent.

A fantastic 4 night break to totally relax and unwind! The hot tub was incredible and we made the most of this daily. The cottage is so quiet and private and was just what we were looking for to take some time out! We were fortunate enough to be able to check in slightly earlier but have to say that we were disappointed at the times for check in and check out, however we appreciate that this was due to additional cleaning and Covid compliance. If you want to totally relax and unwind then this is definitely the place to do it!
