As you enter Lyndoch through the front door you feel immediately at home. The warm tones and decoration really make this property feel like a home away from home. Directly in front of you is the kitchen area, fully equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay. This leads into the conservatory with an eight seater extending dining table and sofa area too. From here there are doors leading out onto the rear patio with seating making this area a lovely social space. Up the garden steps leads you to another patio area with garden furniture and far reaching views over the estuary. Back into the dining area and this leads into the living room. A really lovely area for relaxing in front of the open fire on one of the comfortable sofas after a long day exploring. The beautiful bay window with seating, looks out across the estuary, no better place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. This entrance floor also benefits from a separate toilet. Down a set of stairs in the hallway leads to the lower ground floor bedroom which contains a kingsize bed, an en-suite shower room and doors leading out onto a small patio area with seating at the front of the house.
The first floor is where the remaining three bedrooms and family bathroom are located. Facing the front of the property with estuary views is a kingsize bedroom with double wardrobes and TV. Overlooking the rear landscaped garden are another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe storage and one with a double bed and additional single ’top bunk’ like bed accessed via a small ladder, a perfect children’s room.
