This modern, single-storey holiday apartment is an extension of the owner’s popular guest house, located in a quiet residential area and only a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach. The open plan living room and kitchen leads to a sunny conservatory-style dining area with French doors. Sandown has various seaside attractions such as cafes, trampolines, slides, golf, and slightly further a zoo where Tiger Isle was filmed. Shops, various eateries, the station and bus stops are all nearby. There are many scenic walks and stunning coastline to explore as well as places of interest including picturesque villages, vineyards, farms, adventure parks, NT houses, watersports and much more. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
