Second stay at Lum Hat, and still as good. Lovely cottage and well equipped. A fantastic outlook, and even in the rain, the view is spectacular. Peaceful surroundings, and this made for a great chillout holiday. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to everyone, unless you want noise and nightlife.

Had a lovely stay at Lum Hat with our 2 kids (8&2). The house was large enough not to feel on top of each other and is much bigger than the pictures make out. The beds were comfy and none of us had a problem sleeping. Kitchen was well stocked- the only thing I found we could have used was some proper baking trays but we managed with what was there. The local area is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the Firth every night. The only downside to the cottage was that we had to come home. Even the spiral staircase which was narrow we had no problem I think we was lucky with our toddler who (for a change) listened when we said no and didn't mess around on them. All in we had a lovely time, and this will definitley be on our list to try and get to again. Also a lovely welcome book came out prior to going with some useful information. Thanks again.
