Lovely cottage, lovely field and play equipment for the children. Nice, quiet location. Only downside would have preferred a later check out time of 10am, but didn't spoil holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage and had everything we needed. Our boys enjoyed the play area and outlook was great. Prime location to get to some great places in North Devon particularly Woolacombe beach. Worth noting that there is no mobile service in the property and Wi-Fi was a bit patchy but did not spoil anything for us. Would come again!

It was a lovely cottage, more remote than we expected. Utilised the lake which was good fun and a new experience for our children. The cottage lacked some comfort in that the sofa was very uncomfortable, a few lamps downstairs would have been ideal and a shel area in the bathroom. All good otherwise.
