sadly we did not get the promised welcome pack curtain in lounge was broken and was told it was going to be repaired buy no one came round improvements that are needed more than two towels as we did not have tumble dryer more than one tea towel more than one rubbish bag more than one key when two couples stay key lock that I could not reach as it was over 6 feet above the floor recycling bags

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: Hi Anita, Sorry about the curtain rail. Our handyman did get to fix it, but sadly it was after your stay. It had occurred the evening before you arrived, so I fully agree that this was not ideal. Regarding towels, the normal practice is to leave a bath and hand towel for each guest. However, upon your complaint, we did arrange for additional towels to be delivered the following morning and we now leave one of each per bed, regardless to avoid this recurring, so thanks for that feedback. Lastly, the welcome pack was news to us. Apparently this is something promised as part of the web booking, but never communicated to us as owners until your complaint. We are looking into this.
