Our first visit to this cottage. Wonderfully relaxing holiday. Birds and squirrels in the garden, deer in the forest. Walks straight from door, perfect location for us. Cosy, comfortable cottage. Friendly owners. We have already booked for next year, I think that says it all.

Best holiday cottage I have ever stayed at in a beautiful location with wonderful dog walks on the doorstep. Greeted by friendly owners Nick and Janet who showed me round the cottage. A lot of attention to detail had been provided down to throws for the dogs and dog treats. A lovely welcome basket of goodies with wine was provided and this was truly appreciated. Furnishings were good along with very comfortable settees in the living room. The double bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. Everything was extremely clean and decorated well. By my second day I had made a decision to go back and stay next year. It was so good I cannot wait to return. If you like peace and tranquillity then this is the place to stay at. It appears to be very popular and fully booked already, so you may have to wait a while!

We had a wonderful week in Yorkshire and the lovely low muffles cottage. The cottage owners have thought of everything and then some, it really was a home from home. Even the dogs were considered and they had a fab holiday too. We had a nice welcome pack upon arrival which was very thoughtful. The garden is lovely with an abundance of wildlife to observe. A comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. We highly recommend this place to stay and would do so again.
