This detached barn conversion, accessed by unmade track, is situated on the owners’ smallholding but maintains your privacy. Located not far from Dartington Hall and Staverton Woods, which at certain times is covered in bluebells, Love Barn has been loving restored to offer a holiday cottage for a family or for friends to get together. The A38 is a 15-minute drive which will take you to Dartmoor National Park and Plymouth, where you will find the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Exeter is also within easy reach with its vast cathedral. Cycling, horse riding, swimming and golf are all available locally, as well as many National Trust properties waiting to be explored. Beach 9 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
