With level access, this two bedroom accommodation provides visitors with tranquillity yet is within minutes of the main A30 providing easy access to all areas of Cornwall. Conveniently located for visiting Penzance, St. Ives and Falmouth. The North Cornwall coastline is within 2 miles offering golden sandy beaches stretching from St. Ives to Gwithian, ideal for surfing and coastal walks with stunning views over-looking Godrevy Lighthouse. Hayle Beach is less than a mile away. Shop and restaurant 0.5 miles, pub 0.25 miles.

    We love this property, this must have been our fourth visit and we have already booked again for September. Helen is a very accommodating owner and keeps the property spick and span in every area. It's a perfect base should you want to visit all the beautiful coastal areas near St Ives and Lizards Point.

    A very well-appointed cottage in a peaceful rural location, extremely convenient for St Ives, St Michael's Mount, Marazion and Penzance. The property is spacious enough for 2-4 people, and the conservatory/dining room is a delight to be in. The owners live in the main house next door, and are very friendly and obliging, whilst respecting tenants' privacy. There is a pub within walking distance, and a small shopping mall with a Boots and a Marks and Spencer only 5 minutes away by car. The property is very reasonably priced, especially when you consider the high quality of the accommodation.

    This is a lovely place. It is only a couple of minutes by car from the A30 and several big shops, yet is nestled away in a quiet valley with a good view of a railway viaduct (whose trains you cannot hear inside Little Springfield). It is easy to get to places like St. Ives, Lands End, The Lizard and there are several lovely walks within a few miles. As for the accommodation itself, it is great. Helen met us, is lovely and is very helpful. The place was spotless, the double bed very comfy (we didn't try out the single beds). We actually thought the whole place was brand new, but it has been going for a few years. It was lovely. We'll be back.
