Great little cottage which is very well equipped with everything you need. The downside was the electric shower which was virtually impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature, and the bedding was not changed during our 13 night stay. Otherwise it would have been a 10 all round

I have stayed at this property three times and will not be going a fourth. The shower has been broken for almost 18months now. It’s a digital shower and either pumps out water at 50 degrees or 10 degrees and the shower had has been blocked for over a year. Normally the place is good value for money which is the main reason I stay but this time I was charged almost 75% of the price for a full week when only stopping 2 nights midweek. Working in the area for the next 12 weeks but would not be staying here again.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Naturally, I am sorry that you were a little disappointed with some elements of your stay on this occasion. The shower is an ordinary electric shower, not a digital or a power shower and the drain isn’t blocked. I am puzzled by your comment on it being broken for 18 months as I have only been renting the property out for the last 6 months. We have a great plumber that checks everything, every month. My telephone number is on hand and I am available if any problems arise. I trust future guests will look to other guest feedback for a more balanced review of Little Foxes.

Everything you need apart from a bread knife . Also the shower head could do with changing. Hope to go back next year.

Very well appointed and equipped, spacious and obviously recently re-decorated to a high standard with no expense spared. Little Foxes was a real home from home during my stay this autumn and was cozy and warm; nothing was too much trouble for the owners who kindly helped out when I locked myself out late one evening. Thank you very much. I have no hesitation in recommending the property.
