Little Crofton is the ideal base for couples or small families to enjoy the delights of the Suffolk coast at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, both a short drive away, or Orford, on the River Ore, a similar distance away. Slightly further away is the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, Southwold, Walberswick and the market town of Woodbridge. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. We spent a wonderful, relaxing and fun week at Little Crofton. It was well located for walking, Suffolk sights and great food and drink. It felt like home. We would definitely come back again.

Our second visit to this cosy cottage with another booked for a few months time. It is well situated for so many lovely walks with our dog and the coast is just a few miles away as a bonus. Great little place to stay

Perfect central location for all the areas and attractions we wished to visit and re-visit as we were not strangers to this part of Suffolk. Apart from the Sunday the weather was ideal - brilliant sunshine but not too hot for walking. We made the most of our National Trust, English Heritage and RSPB memberships.

A cosy cottage, well equipped and in a super position for a holiday. The famous Snape Maltings are only a short walk away and the area provides a wide choice of walks for those with dogs.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in Little Crofton: the cottage is very well equipped, beautifully clean and was like home-from-home. Worth noting that although the cottage is advertised as sleeping 6 people, the third bedroom is very small and has high bunk beds so would not be suitable for adults.
